Homes & Property Overseas is an independent company specialising in off plan properties in Morocco. Our sales office and high spec showroom is based in Bermondsey St, central London, just minutes from London and Tower Bridge, and just a short walk from the City Centre.
Company directors, Cynthia Judge and Neil Margrie, have been avid property investors for the past twelve years, and are also investors in the Moroccan developments on offer by Homes & Property Overseas. As personal investors, we have done the due diligence on Morocco as an emerging market, the developers we promote, and their respective developments, therefore guaranteeing peace of mind.

We deal direct with developers so there are no agency fees, commission or charges. Our prices are developer prices. We also offer you totally impartial and independent advice on each of the developments on offer. All of our staff have visited the regions and developments we have for sale. Prior to starting up Homes and Property Overseas, Cynthia worked for several of the city's leading Investment Banks; Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
Like wise, Neil's employment history includes BP, JP Morgan and Barclays Capital. Both careers totalling more than 17 years in the investment banking industry.
